What we collect
- Account data: your email address (sign-in is by magic link — we never see a password).
- Brand data: your intake answers, brand profile, research runs, drafts, and approvals.
- Site data: content we crawl from your own public website to build and verify your profile.
- Publishing credentials: a WordPress application password or GitHub token, if you connect one.
- Usage: per-organization metering (research units and AI credits consumed) so budgets work.
How we use it
Only to run the service: building your profile, researching keywords, drafting and publishing your content, enforcing budgets, and supporting you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train our own models on it.
Who processes it (subprocessors)
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — hosting
- Anthropic — AI model calls (profile, strategy, drafting, QA)
- Ahrefs — keyword and search data
- WordPress / GitHub — only if you connect them, only to publish your approved content
Content sent to AI models includes your brand profile and drafts — that is how the product works. It is sent under the provider's commercial API terms, which do not permit training on your data.
Data shared between customers
None. Every organization's data is isolated; one customer can never see another's profile, research, or content. A shared research cache stores anonymous keyword-data responses (no brand profiles, no drafts) to conserve everyone's budgets.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Email jed@jedhead.com to export or delete everything — deletion removes your organization, profile, content, credentials, and usage history within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep for accounting.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (Supabase/Vercel infrastructure). Publishing credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser after entry. Use narrowly-scoped credentials and revoke them at the source anytime.
